Today, after two people were killed and five injured at a fire at
an oil refinery, we discuss the unusually frequent blazes
ripping through shopping malls, factories and other facilities in
Russia.


Plus, in the second half of today’s episode, Francis
Dearnley interviews Dr Thomas Clausen, a historian who works for
a liberal think tank in Berlin, on recent developments with
chancellor Olaf Scholz and Germany’s relationship with Ukraine.
