Yoga provides the possibilities to:

To cultivate a space in your heart.

To connect to wisdom, compassion and our values, that lives
in you.

We talk about, that our mind is always racing and therefore it’s
important to stop, to touch your breath and transcend yourself to
a different perspective!

We come to spirituality through suffering and it seems that we
are in a time, where we as humans, suffering a lack of
purpose.

Yoga allows a sense of responsibility, that we have towards
ourselves and to put ourselves in the purpose of our own life and
in the purpose of others.

How her grandmother’s spirit (being the stranger in the family),
thought her to breath and to feel alive, that you can hear within
this deep voice of her holy connection!
