again. architekturdesigner.XR therefore spoke with Jochen Kurrle,
who works as a heavy rainfall manager and infrastructure expert
at the consulting firm Drees & Sommer. What his tasks are
there, what effects the meteorological changes will have on our
cities, what a so-called cloudburst plan is, and what he
specifically wants from architects are some of the things we
talked about with him shortly before the federal elections in
Germany.
