This episode was recorded at the international woman in leadership
convention at Beiersdorf. The British journalist Yomi Adegoke who
writes about the intersection of race and feminism joined us from
the UK. Yomi tells us about her experiences as a black woman. We
talk about her book which she calls the black version of Lean In
from Sheryl Sandberg as well as her motivation to write about
topics like race and feminism. Furthermore she tells us what
progress we still need to make for a better representation of black
woman in society.
