human-centric” approach to innovation. That means doing
innovation without relying on ideation, something they call the
god model.


They say that innovation is much bigger than any one individual,
it is more than the lone genius that comes up with a great idea.
Instead, we humans are entangled with emergent processes that
happen around us.
