Mit Prof. Dr. Michael Simon besprechen wir das Thema der
Personalbemessung in verschiedenen Settings. Dabei beleuchten wir
alles vor dem Hintergrund der Patient-to-Nurse Ratio. Wir
erklären, was das ist, wie man sie ermittelt und ob sie wirklich
so wichtig ist. Wir gehen auch auf Arbeitszeitorganisation ein
und welchen Zusammenhang kritische Ereignisse mit der
Personalbemessung und der Qualifikation des Personals
haben.
