Wangchen is a member of the Tibetan Parliament in exile. He's one
of only two representatives of Europe's Tibetans. He introduces us
into the recent history of Tibet with China and why they changed
from demanding freedom and independence to autonomy. At the 15th
World Summit of Nobel Peace laureates in Barcelona, we got the
chance to talk to Thubten and get a glimpse into his story. Good to
