Roos van der Kamp, accomplished artist and art director, about
awakening the creative impulses inside of us.

Erica and Roos are two artists and yoginis passionate about
uncovering and facilitating the emotional lessons that come from
engaging in the creative process and the ancient practice of
yoga. They have brought their unique personal visions into the
co-creation of the stunning book Angelus, an experiential Chakra
workbook that is as powerfully transformational as it is
beautiful to look at.

In this episode we explore the personal journey of bringing
intention and vision to life, both in what we work on in our
personal life, and what we bring into our careers and creative
projects.

Erica and Roos also guide us through Kundalini yoga and their
mutual love and dedication to the Chakra system. They explain how
when we tap into this subtle energetic body, we are given a very
clear framework to access healing, transformation and wholeness,
which in turn can able each of us to make huge contributions to
the world and to how we evolve collectively.
