Jim Herrmann - our new Headcoach is in the house ! (ENG)

Jim Herrmann, a very experienced Coach from the USA is the new
Headcaoch for the Raiders Tirol in the ELF. Max and Paul are
talking with Coach Herrmann about his time at Michigan, winning a
Super Bowl with the Giants in the NFL and about his Coaching
philosophy. He talks about his first impressions with the Raiders
and Innsbruck and will tell you what it is about to be a
successful football player/team.
