as living organisms, how they can best fit into a sustainable
economic, social, and ecologic environment and what that means
for the company culture. We discuss why the same actions can
yield very different results in different organizations - because
every company is unique. Still there are some similarities, and
we discuss how to deal with taboos, what the role of rituals can
be, how to deal with status, and what in this context a totem is.
