Hello and welcome to my first episode in English :-)


Today I talk about judgement and how to mind your own business,
what effects judgmental behaviour has and tipps how you get out
of your patterns.


Let´s be honest, we are all judging and its human, but we always
have a choice how to react. 


We never walked in the shoes of the other human, we don't know
what they have on their shoulders, how they are fighting their
silent battles.


Keep being compassionate with yourself and others.
