What if the future of aviation isn’t just about speed—but about sustainability, personalization, and the art of flying in style? The sky is no longer the limit—it’s the beginning.
What a day at AERO Friedrichshafen—Europe’s premier general aviation show, now boldly stepping into the business aviation spotlight with the new AERO BASH format.
It’s my first time here, and I had the privilege of exploring the future of private aviation with two incredible minds: Norbert Werle, founder of the JET-Circle, and Oliwia Górnicka, pilot and luxury experience curator at Luxury Living Ibiza.
Innovation That Inspires
From the Gulfstream Aerospace G600—a jet fit for intercontinental visionaries—to the Pilatus Aircraft Ltd PC-12 Pro with its groundbreaking autoland feature, and the ultra-comfortable Bombardier 3500, we explored the full spectrum of aircraft redefining private travel. Norbert shared how AERO is now filling the void left by EBACE, becoming the new hub for OEMs and aviation entrepreneurs across Europe.
Sustainability Takes Flight
With over 130 companies on the Sustainable Aviation Trail, AERO 2025 is not just about luxury—it’s about responsibility. Electric, hybrid, and hydrogen propulsion systems are no longer concepts—they’re here, and they’re flying.
Luxury You Can Feel
Oliwia reminded us that luxury isn’t just seen—it’s felt. From the texture of the leather to the ease of walking in heels through a Diamond aircraft, she curates experiences that begin long before takeoff and continue well after landing. Whether it’s a tailored jet journey from Madrid to Dubai or a seamless arrival in Ibiza with yachts, chefs, and VIP tables waiting—this is aviation as lifestyle.
️ My Personal Takeaway
This felt like more than an airshow—it was a Business Jet Forum. I was truly impressed by the range of aircraft—from the Falcon and Citation to the G600—and the sheer presence of OEMs. Germany leads Europe with over 450 business jets, and Dassault Aviation stood out with its strong corporate culture and 35 Falcon jets in operation only in Germany. Hats off to them!
Want More? We’ve captured it all—short reels with Norbert as we walk through jets, talk tech, and touch the future. Follow Norbert and me to get a front-row seat to the next wave of aviation content.

Welcome to our latest format INNOVATION, EVOLUTION, REVOLUTION my personal innovative international industrial format. You will get much inspiration around innovation and sustainability in a purely industrial context. These come in two forms:
Firstly, the anchoring LinkedIn Livestream (please press participate)
Secondly, the corresponding LinkedIn Newsletter (please subscribe soon)
For starters, I plan one online event on each quarter to maintain high quality.
We begin our season one with industrial energy saving and I am honored to have the European Industrial Insulation Foundation (EIIF of Switzerland) as my guest to kick this series of events off.
I am a member of EiiF since 2018. EIIF itself been founded in 2009 as a non-profit foundation with the aim of saving energy and reducing CO2 emissions by promoting sustainable insulation systems for industrial and technical installations.
This event's titles says it all:

Discover how sensXPERT's FlexCure technology is revolutionizing manufacturing with real-time material insights and sustainability at its core
I am the LinkedIn Group Community Manager of Composites Lounge and interviewed the CEO of sensXPERT - Optimizing Plastics Manufacturing Dr. Alexander Chaloupka and his sales engineer Arne Büttner while demonstrating a sensor test powered by AI with chocolate.
The sensXPERT FlexCure system is an advanced enhancement of dielectric analysis technology designed for flexible and diverse manufacturing environments. Unlike traditional systems that require closed mold processes, FlexCure can be implemented in open mold productions, vacuum infusion, autoclave curing, continuous manufacturing, filament winding, and oven curing. This flexibility allows it to measure through air and the thickness of components, monitoring cure behavior and flow behavior in real-time. This technology is particularly beneficial in industries such as hydrogen vessel manufacturing, filament winding, and tape manufacturing, where it helps in assessing the curing, pre-curing, and aging of materials[1].
Dielectric analysis is a technique used to measure the electrical properties of materials. It involves applying an oscillating AC electrical field to a material and measuring its capacitance and conductance. These measurements help determine how the material's molecular structure changes over time, temperature, and frequency. Essentially, dielectric analysis provides insights into the material's behavior during processes like curing, allowing manufacturers to optimize production, reduce waste, and ensure quality [2] [3].
Arne Büttner demonstrates the sensXPERT FlexCure system using a piece of chocolate to showcase its capabilities during the JEC World 2025 show. The system can analyze materials through various barriers, such as boxes and foils, by sending radiation frequencies through the material. This technology is applicable in composites manufacturing, where it can measure through vacuum bags and other barriers. During the demonstration, the system successfully identified marzipan inside the chocolate, illustrating its precision in detecting material structures and molecular compositions.
On a final note: Congratulations to sensXPERT for winning the "Product of the Year 2025" award from KUNSTSTOFF MAGAZIN! This recognition, voted by the magazine's readers, highlights the significant impact of your innovative solutions in reducing cycle times, scrap rates, energy consumption, and CO2 footprints.
Well done to Alexander Chaloupka and the entire sensXPERT team for this outstanding achievement!
