Kayleigh Wiltshire, Global Learning and Development Manager at the
Dorchester Collection came by on the show and discussed the
importance of learning and development in hospitality, as the whole
industry is facing massive staff shortage. Coming from a background
of health science and nutrition we talked about her journey into
hospitality and Dorchester in particular, and how the job’s
demands, requirements and preferences have changed over the last
