This is my very first English yoga session. Enjoy the experience
of only hearing the instructions and work focused with yourself,
without being irritated from other visual effects.
This class is very soft and relaxing. You start breathing in a
sitting cross legged position, then go to baddha konasana,
gomukhasana, little shaking and savanana for end relaxation.
Moving the spine, rotate shoulders and moving spider fingers
mobilise the upper body.
