What if? #112 Missverständnis selbstorganisierende Teams statt Führung

Summary


Oft begegnet mir die Annahme, dass sich selbstorganisierende
Teams keine Führung benötigen. Das ist aus meiner Sicht ein
klares Missverständnis, das aufgelöst gehört. Ich habe nach einem
Gespräch mit einem CEO folgendes zusammengefasst. Hört gern mal
rein und diskutiert mit mir.
