About Gabriela: Gabriela is a
Salvadorian-American healing arts practitioner. Her work is
rooted in Tibetan Buddhist mindfulness, while blending sound
healing, ancestral practices, and herbalism. She began her
spiritual offerings as a meditation teacher at MNDFL in New York
City, and has since led workshops, guided healings, retreats, and
held spiritual mentorship sessions in NYC, Portland, Mexico, and
online. She’s currently focused on shamanic medicine work:
holding space for dreamwork, shamanic journeying, and plant
medicine. While she’s teaching, she also continues her path as a
student through the study of core shamanism and curanderismo —
earth-based cosmologies that honor her indigenous and
Mesoamerican roots. Gabriela is available for private sessions
and group ceremonies.
