Breathe! And trust the process

Team alchemist Susanne Taylor from Munich is our guest in this
episode! She contributed a story together with Birgit Nieschalk
titled “Ein Caravan mit Aussicht”, which centers around a structure
in development, Caravan or Caravan Consulting. In the middle of the
pandemic, the two got together to design an offsite that invited a
team of 40 to reconnect, feel safe and be productive together.
Susanne shares her path into a deeper practice with Liberating
Structures and encourages new practitioners to breathe - and trust
the process.
