#27 Corona Update: How is the current situation in India?

On March 24, the Government of India ordered a nationwide lockdown.
It restricts people from leaving their homes and is a particularly
strict measure in the fight against the pandemic for a country with
a large population of 1.4 billion people. At MELAWEAR we have not
only established close business contacts, but also close personal
relationships with our producers and partners there. Therefore, in
this episode we take a close look at India. We have asked our
textile producer Amit and our agent Senthil to provide us with
first-hand information about the current situation, their concerns
and the challenges they face due to the corona crisis.
