Jürgen Bache has been working as a certified individual
psychological (Adlerian) management coach, project and strategy
coach for over 25 years. The guiding thread of his work is to
support people in understanding their life situation, recognizing
interrelationships and interactions of the areas of life and
deriving new evaluations and actions from this with the goal of
achieving an inner balance.

He has been closely involved in promoting the profession of
coaching for over fifteen years and actively contributes to
quality development, more transparency and professionalism in
coaching through various activities:

• 2009 - 2016 Board member and president of ICF-Germany.

• 2011 co-founder of the ethics committee of ICF-Germany

• 2015 Co-author on the code of ethics of the German
Roundtable of Coaching Associations.

• Since 2016 member of the Independent Review Board (IRB).

• 2018 - 2020 Collaboration on the revision of the code of
ethics.

• Since 2020 co-author of the EIS (now Insights and
Considerations for Ethics).

• Since 2020, leading the German-language
ethics-watercooler.

Jürgen especially appreciates the many professional discussions
with colleagues that deepen ethical understanding and, for
example, also clarify cultural commonalities and differences. For
him, ethics in coaching is not black/white but colorful with
millions of colors.
