Hey, welcome back to my podcast!

In this short episode I´m sharing a thought that came up during
my yoga and meditation practice this morning.

I talk about how we are always surrounded by beauty but how we
sometimes forget about it, because we stick to the same places
most of the times.

So with that I want to encourage you to take a new path today or
this week and open yourself up towards the beauty that has been
