Jon Burgerman and I go a while back, I showed him at the
heliumcowboy gallery in Hamburg for the first time in 2008 and we
did a couple of exhibitions together for a few years after. Jon is
known for his unique, witty and instantly recognizable
illustrations. He moved from England to New York some years ago,
where I reached him at his studio for this episode. We talk about
how he got to the Big Apple, how he copes with the demands of the
art word, and we also talk about football, because that is a huge
thing for both of us and part of our friendship.
