Our guests today have each been guests on our podcast before. I
spoke with her in Epiosde 159 in New York at SYPartners
headquarters and I also spoke with her two colleagues and partners
together with our guest co-host Maks Giordano in Epsiode 123 in
Berlin. A lot has happened since then and since the three are
currently in Germany, we thought it was a good time for another
episode. SYPartners stands for a holistic approach to consulting,
which our female guest today, who works there as CEO, summarizes as

changed for them and what needs to change further. We are quite
sure that it is important right now. Because the idea of "New Work"
was developed during a real crisis. We are looking for methods,
role models, experiences, tools and ideas that bring us closer to
the core of New Work! In addition, from the very beginning we have
been concerned with the question of whether all people can really
find and live what they really, really want in their innermost
