After being classically trained in violin by a musical family from a young age, Arman later picked up electric guitar and drums, and eventually got interested in music production. Arman has been passionate about electronic music for nearly a decade, and as his taste in electronic music grew, Arman got the itch to DJ. Hitting the Toronto live underground scene quickly, Arman held a weekly residency at the legendary Toronto after-hours, Comfort Zone, in his first two years DJing. Today, Arman can be found playing at various Toronto hot-spots including CODA, Parlour, Nest, Sunnyside Pavillion, or at Secret Society events. On the festival circuit, Arman has played Electric Island (Toronto), Vujaday Music Festival (Barbados), and Camp Summzerdaze (Ontario). Arman's mixes focus on creating tension and anticipation, building up to driving grooves of energy at their peak. Arman has guest mixes out on: White Label Podcast, AtomicSky Recordings, Secret Society Sessions, Shadow Radio, Dance and Rave, METWRK, Dream Culture, Deep House Tehran, Deep House Vancouver and Deep House Toronto, and has played gigs opening for internationals such as Apollonia, Mark Oliver, Kenny Glasgow, Victor Calderone, Steve Lawler, Dubfire, and Artbat. In spring of 2016, Arman's mixing also won Jungle Funk Recording's #Together second DJ contest. Arman has original releases out on AtomicSky Recordings and Dance and Rave.
