Better Discovery of Needs in Process Optimization using Jobs-to-be-done and AI

We interviewed the Product Owners Sonal Gupta and Shobit Mishra
from Telco domain about their insights after applying
Jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) thinking to help their customers make
progress. We also looked at how generative AI like chatGPT or
Google Gemini can assist them in continuous deeper and wider
discovery of needs to adapt their strategy and maximize efficacy of
their solutions, i.e. solving the most relevant needs. They
emphasize that you can't start too early with discovery and
searching for what is already available to your teams.
