is a board-certified ketogenic nutrition specialist & certified
clinical hypnotherapist helping women follow keto for long-term
weight loss. Carole is a graduate of Bastyr University in Kenmore,
WA with a dual Masters of Science degree in Nutrition and Clinical
Health Psychology, and a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. She
hosts her own podcast, Keto Chat LIVE. By night, Carole is a
