Genia is also a Strategic Communications consultant with
extensive experience running international campaigns for NGOs and
a particular interest in achieving social change. She’s worked
with a number of organizations including the
UN and UNICEF. Coming from a media background
and working at the BBC as a Broadcast Journalist for almost 8
years, Genia decided to pursue a very unique and innovative idea.
A year ago, she started from scratch and founded the company BEEN
London, a brand that recycles waste and turns it into something
beautiful again. By creating her stunning bags and accessories,
Genia wants to give a second life to those materials and has
built a purposeful and very successful company within the last
year.
