On May 25th 1961 John F. Kennedy delivered a speech, which would
change the world. Known as the moon shot speech, he prepared the
way for the moon landing eight years later. Similarly to his vision
of going into space, we need daring new approaches to prevent
climate change. Especially now, after more than a year in the grip
of a global pandemic, it is important to create positive narratives
of the future. Harald Neidhardt from think tank futur/io explains,
how we can use moonshot thinking as a practice to take action, and
why innovation starts in each and every one of us. You will learn:
- what moonshot thinking is all about - how we achieve long-lasting
change - why it is important to understand the impact of
exponential technologies
