Rwanda aspires to be Africa's Singapore, a safe, corruption free
and clean hub for international companies to operate from in the
region. It has done good progress on many of the relevant
dimensions to reach that goal. Diana owns and runs a communications
business in Rwanda (https://blueoceans.rw), used to work for the
First Lady and hosts a prime time current affairs TV show on
national TV. We talk about the business environment, the
opportunities for international business, but also the society and
the way the country has coped with the genocide of 1994 and managed
to rebuild.
