#21: Afrikan Boy goes Y.A.M.

This episode with Afrikan Boy is one of he funniest ones I’ve had
so far. We’ve talked about his new album Peppeh Sounds Vol. 1,
his connection to Lidl and his experience with ancestry. I also
wanted to know, why he chose to “spell it with a K” and what the
story was behind Erkyah Badu’s thank you message fro African Boy
on IG.

visited the Migrant Camp in Calais where he connects with the
people and performs for them. The trip was documented in ‘Border
Business The Documentary’.
