#32 Channeling emotions, facing fears & following the heart I An interview with Flor Franco

Do you know the feeling when you meet a person and you
immediately have the feeling you’ve known them forever, because
you are so much on the same wavelength? That's how I felt when I
met Flor (f_floppy) and her amazing family about a year ago in
Chile. Flor is from Argentina, was 19 years old at the time we
met and was travelling through South America with her parents and
three siblings in a big, converted truck. Her way of seeing the
world impressed me right from the start.    





Recently we had a conversation in which I asked her a little bit
about the trip, her passion of music and some other life topics.
It's so worth listening to, because Flor is a very inspiring
young woman who is many years ahead of her age. Among other
things we talk about the healing power of music and art, how to
deal with 'negative' emotions and confront your fears and what it
means to create a life following your heart. Be sure to listen

Kennst du das Gefühl, wenn du einen Menschen kennenlernst, bei
dem du sofort das Gefühl hast, ihn schon ewig zu kennen, weil ich
euch auf der absolut gleichen Wellenlänge begegnet? So ging es
mir, als ich vor etwa einem Jahr in Chile Flor und ihre Familie
kennenlernte. Flor kommt aus Argentinien, war zu jener Zeit
19 Jahre alt und reiste gerade mit ihren Eltern und drei
Geschwistern in einem großen, umgebauten Lastwagen durch
Südamerika. Ihre Art, die Welt zu sehen, beeindruckte mich von
Anfang an.    





Vor kurzem haben wir ein Gespräch geführt, bei dem ich sie ein
wenig zu der Reise, zu ihrer Passion, der Musik, und zu weiteren,
spannend Lebensthemen befragt habe. Reinhören lohnt sich, denn
Flor ist eine sehr inspirierende, junge Frau, die ihrem Alter
viele Jahre voraus ist. Wir sprechen unter anderem darüber,
welche heilende Kraft Musik und Kunst hat, wie man mit
‚negativen‘ Emotionen umgehen und seine Ängste konfrontieren kann
und was es bedeutet, ein Leben zu kreieren, bei dem man seinem
Herzen folgt. Höre auch unbedingt bis zum Ende der Folge, um
