Feedback: You Are Approved

One of the things that makes feedback so hard to receive is fearing what it says about our overall significance, value, worth, etc. Ultimately it seems like feedback can be so challenging to receive because of the hit on our identity.  But when we truly understand that we are a loved child of God; that nothing can change that or separate us from that; that our box is checked forever through Christ; then we can be open to receive feedback that will help us improve, grow, change for the better.
