Soap Records welcomes a new interesting UK based Producer Duo, listed on catalogue number 16. Rick Nicholls and Asher Jones knew each other since their early youth, However, they only started producing together since 2007. With just a hand full of labeled singles and remixes such as Noir Music and Yellow Trail, their tracks have already been supported in a high-karat quality such as Laurent Garnier and John Digweed. Despite the fact that the Duo has so far remained widely undiscovered in Germany, this should now change with the new EP for Soap Records. At this point we can modestly say that the Duo clearly provides a solid Techno Hit with their side A Shameless. Shameless consists of a crystal clear bass wall, including the short but efficient vocal sample 'Shame' and additional rave signals. As for the finale, the good-olde 303 gets to also shine. Peaktime Entertainment par Excellence. With Break Your Heart on side B, the two Britons manage another smart Techno-house Groove. It’s remarkable how every single sound has precisely been written out. Verifiable on your own stereo, or at the club of your choice.
