Audio Archive is an independent long-term journalistic project and digital archive of conversations, interviews, reports and essays on politics, society and culture. We release two to four new podcast episodes each month. For more than three decades, we have been conducting conversations worldwide with philosophers, authors, activists and academics. Our interviewees explain the complex developments of our time and place them in a global context in a way that is easy to understand. At the heart of the Audio Archive podcasts lies not populist opinion-making, but critical reflection: nuanced, enlightening and free from commercial interests. The SONOHR Podcast features highlights from the SONOHR Radio & Podcast Festival. In this feed, we publish listening pieces, interviews with authors and discussions from the festival. In the first season, we ‘re starting with SONOHR replay, a series of listening pieces in full length and interviews with their authors. The pieces are taken from our archive SONOTHEK, where a lot more pieces are collected for listening.
