Den Podcast kann ich jedem Läufer/Jogger nur empfehlen! Große Auswahl an unterschiedlichen BPM und richtig guter Mix der Musik. Auch die Länger der einzelnen Folgen sind gut. So macht Laufen richtig Spaß!
