On this episode, I talk about how to keep weight loss simple.
Weight Loss doesn’t need to be complicated. You don’t need to
focus on doing everything right or eating in a certain way.
We focus on all the wrong things when we are focusing on
everything external to us, primarily food and weight loss,
life-changing weight loss has very little to do with knowing all
about the food and EVERYTHING to do with knowing all about
yourself.
