In 2021 Kathryn's company grew the revenue by 280%, and the
number of employees went from 5 to 30 whilst they were expanding
into Europe as well. This is exceptional growth as a business,
this growth came with a focus on ensuring that the people and
culture is right to fuel future growth. On the conversation we
explored how do you ensure the culture is matching the company
growth? How do you look after people? How do you have the impact
through your leadership? Lots of questions that Kathryn answered
in this episode. And the core of it is that Kathryn has a real
ethos on people, in fact her mantra for her leadership is
