Dominique Hays is the Author of  T.H.E.M (to help empower many) which is about the different forms of abuse and how she was able to move past  it.  It includes parts of her life and her children's lives.   Dominique was been sexually abused as a child by a neighborhood kid, raped, almost sold in sex trafficking when she was 18, and has been dealing with medical issues her entire life.   Her children were abused and One of the offenders did get a conviction of 5 years.
